The Task

To create an imposing new website for Italian brand Biasi, that can be fully content managed in house, without a third party web supplier. Their previous website had several limitations with users unable to gain maximum output from their search criteria.

Biasi required a solution catering for all users, both new and existing consumers and merchants, that would need to carry out a diversity of searches, locating anything from boilers to towel rails, spare parts to user manuals, and stockists to installers.

The Challenge

To communicate an established, trustworthy brand from a leader in the heating and boiler industry, whilst making the website compatible for extensive users demands.

To make the website fully accessible with a high degree UIX for quick information retrieval or navigation to a suitable contact method as preferred by the user.

The Approach

We gave Biasi access to a CMS with an interactive, customisable Google Maps plotter enabling them to separate the map regions by corresponding colour to the regional Biasi Sales Contacts.

Their new CMS would be a flexible bespoke solution to manage the whole site, including products, news, manuals, stockists, merchants and more.

Additional features within the comprehensive contact page would enable users to submit enquiries via a simple form.

The Finished Piece

The Search Engine Optimisation campaign on the site has demonstrated positive results, with Biasi already ranking high for target boiler keywords on Google Page one.

Traffic from organic searches has increased by 25% within five months. The site activity is busy with increasing traffic. A significant decline in bounce rate has been reported since the site went live.
