There are multinational organisations that seek Senior Business Analysts to sit within a Projects team that will provide ongoing support to Operational Finance across a broad range of projects.

Managing a small team you will have/be: prior experience of managing projects as part of a significant finance transformation programme and comfortable working in an environment of change; the ability to visualise and translate business requirements into processes and technology solutions.

You must be comfortable discussing plans and potential solutions, working at all levels within the organisation; the capability to work on your own initiative, but also utilise SME knowledge to drive these optimum solutions.

You would also be able to work cross-functionally to often tight and conflicting deadlines, to focus on the key deliverables and then execute. A thorough understanding of Finance systems are essential, ideally Oracle Financials and you must be able to demonstrate strong analytical, presentation, organisational, supervisory and influential skills.

The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified Accountant, QBE or Prince 2 Practitioner. Exposure to Financial Services sector, Life and Pensions would also be highly desirable. Excellent opportunities for career advancement exist both within this business and potentially the Group.
