Your remit shall cover I.T infrastructure, planning IT operations, IT security and backup recover, Change Management, ITIL processes, Project and man management experience.

Companies like this are looking for candidates with a strong technical background coupled with IT and Operations management experience.

You shall be responsible for planning and directing the IT operations and Infrastructure and ensure full availability and reliability at all times, across networks and security.

They need candidates with extensive infrastructure / systems support within a data centre and large transactional website environment.

You shall be able to demonstrate in depth Change Management and ITIL knowledge with a can do attitude, previous technical experience within a multi platform Windows and Unix environment would be highly desirable.

Certifications such as Prince2, ITIL and any other project or service based training could be required.
