business like this would require a highly experienced Head of Player
Marketing to create and implement the CRM and Player Marketing roadmap.

clients.
Responsibilities will include;

Ownership of the Player Marketing & CRM Strategy

Developing and executing tailored marketing strategies for each of the
key player groups

Developing a clear understanding of the different player groups and
all the factors that can influence the way they play

Managing the product portfolio, developing of new promotional activity
and maximising the lifetime value of all players

Cross-selling opportunities across all product verticals to maximise
player revenue potential

Continuous liaison with internal departments

Managing the full player lifecycle, maximising frequency of play

Liaising with all product marketing teams

Final
decision maker regarding all Player Marketing campaigns

Team
leadership and management
To be
successful in a role like this you must have extensive commercial
experience implementing CRM strategy with marketing expertise in
developing successful campaigns and promotions which will maximise
player yields for the client. Due to the nature of the position,
previous experience in the Online Gaming sector will prove a distinct
advantage. You will be a great communicator and strong influencer, with
responsibility for key decisions within the clients overall marketing
